He spends weeks personally surveying and experiencing all types of terrain, from the most adventurous routes to lesser-known paths, all to ensure that the courses are challenging yet absolutely safe for the athletes.

With over 15 years of project management experience at major corporations, Ms. Thuong is the force behind the seamless operation of every project at VMS. More than just a Project Director with a strategic vision, she is a builder of strong connections, ensuring every team member works toward a common goal.

She understands that a successful project requires not only a perfect plan but also harmonious coordination among people. With meticulous attention to detail, deep empathy, and exceptional experience, Ms. Thuong is the pioneering "conductor" who turns grand ideas into reality, leading VMS to new heights through each efficiently and seamlessly executed project.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the event and production industry, Long Phan is the unsung hero who ensures all operational and logistical tasks run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

He constantly seeks optimal solutions for every stage, from logistics to equipment, while also pondering novel production ideas to transform every big idea into a tangible reality.
